Profile Settings

  • Avatar: Upload a custom profile picture to be easily recognized by your team.
  • Personal Info: Update your Display Name or Email address.
  • Security: Change your password securely.

App Preferences

  • Appearance: Toggle Dark Mode on or off. This preference is saved to your browser.

Notifications & Web Push

  • Email notifications: a master switch plus a toggle per category — Comments & Mentions (someone @mentions you, or comments on a task you're assigned to), Due Date Reminders, Standup Reminders, and the Weekly Digest (your productivity summary with AI insights, Monday mornings — off by default, flip it on if you want it). Changes save instantly.
  • Push notifications: enable the toggle and standup reminders land on your lock screen — even when the app is closed. On iPhone, add Dogorithm to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen); push requires the installed app.

Calendar Feed

Subscribe to your personal calendar feed (an .ics URL from Settings) and every card with a due date appears in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook — no manual syncing.

Plans & Billing

Location: Settings Page → Billing Tab

Dogorithm is free for individuals and small teams: up to 5 members per workspace, 5 boards (however they're created — from scratch, a template, an OKR board, or a Trello import), 25 AI actions a month, and 1 integration. Pro ($6/seat/month, or $4/seat/month billed annually) removes every limit and adds meeting recording, camera effects, all integrations and webhooks.

  • Upgrading: pick monthly or annual on the Billing tab and press Upgrade to Pro — checkout runs on Stripe. Seats are billed per member (pending invites included) and adjust automatically as your team changes, prorated on the next invoice.
  • Managing: Manage billing opens the Stripe portal for payment methods, invoices, plan switches, and cancellation. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
  • Limits never take things away: they only apply to creating something new. Existing boards, members, tokens, and integrations always keep working, even after a downgrade.
  • Early adopters: accounts created before billing launched keep full platform access, free forever — the Billing tab says so explicitly.
