Dogorithm is built on a "Local-First" real-time engine (PartyKit), making collaboration seamless.

Presence Awareness

• "Who is here?": Look at the top right of the board. When someone else has the board open you'll see their avatars and names ("Ama is here", "Ama and Kofi are here", "Ama and 3 others are here"; avatars only on a phone). You aren't counted, so nothing shows when you're alone. An amber ring with a bolt marks someone in a focus session; hover (or use a screen reader) for everyone's full names.

Instant Synchronization

• No Refreshing Needed: If your colleague moves a card, adds a comment, or changes a description, it updates on your screen instantly.
• Conflict Resolution: The system handles multiple people editing the board simultaneously smoothly.
