Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, and profile image — either entered at sign-up or provided by the OAuth provider you choose (Google, GitHub, or GitLab). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • Your work: boards, cards, comments, whiteboards, standup notes, and attachments you create, stored so the Service can show them to you and the teammates you share them with.
  • Operational data: server logs and error reports needed to keep the Service running and debug problems, and first-party product counts tied to your account (for example, which features you open, or that a call connected), used only to decide what to improve or remove. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

What we never do

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models. AI features (task breakdown, briefs, suggestions) process only the specific content you invoke them on, solely to produce the result you asked for.

Video calls

Standup video and audio are transmitted through our media provider in real time and are not recorded or stored by us. In-call chat and shared files travel peer-to-peer between participants and vanish when the call ends. The recording feature saves only to the recorder's own device.

Where your data lives

Application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database in the European Union (London region), with the application itself hosted on infrastructure in the same region. We use a small set of processors to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (realtime messaging), LiveKit (video call media), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what its function requires.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Emails and notifications

We send transactional email only: verification and password-reset links, workspace invitations, standup reminders, mentions, and digests — the notification kinds you can switch off in Settings. Web push notifications are opt-in and can be disabled there too.

Your rights

You can access your data any time through the app. To correct, export, or permanently delete your account and everything in it, email support@dogorithm.com — deletion removes your data from the live database immediately and from backups as they rotate out.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we'll announce it in the app or by email. Questions: support@dogorithm.com. See also the Terms of Service.
