These terms are a contract between you and Dogorithm ("we", "us") covering your use of the Dogorithm application and its APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you're using Dogorithm on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization too.
You're responsible for your account and everything done with it — keep your password secret, and tell us at support@dogorithm.com if you believe either has been compromised. You must provide a working email address and be at least 16 years old.
Boards, cards, comments, whiteboards, chat messages, and anything else you put into Dogorithm remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the Service: to store your content, back it up, and show it to the teammates you share it with. We don't sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, harass people, or probe or overload our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other users at risk.
Standup calls are transmitted in real time and not stored by us. The recording feature saves files only to the recorder's own device; whoever records is responsible for complying with local recording-consent laws and their team's expectations.
We work to keep Dogorithm fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or retire features, and may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
You can stop using Dogorithm and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@dogorithm.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing, as the Service is free).
